well. i guess i have to split them into two cateogries: - actually recomended videos that i actually might've fallen asleep to: this applies to the two videos above relating to programming but there were a couple more in my history. in fact, i saw many comments with people saying they woke up to this playing, and when i was talking about getting long recommended videos i meant these ones + some stuff that is similar to what i really watch. still weird how this happpens, i should probably not fall sleep with my phone
- absolutely random bs that isn't related to anything i watch. they are often in a different language, AI generated, literal brainrot, pseudoscience, livestreams of either gaming or some weirdoes on the internet - it really can be ANYTHING. these are the videos that i find to be more uh... mysterious and they are the ones that disappear from my history. these ones i genuinely did not watch: there is no indication that i have ever clicked on any of them or watched any second of them.

The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
