Сообщают, что 18 февраля на полигоне у Синопа турецкая компания Aselsan провела успешные испытания разработанного ею совместно с компанией Delta-V дальнобойного высокоточного боеприпаса наземного старта GÖKTAN. По сути GÖKTAN представляет собой полный аналог известного боеприпаса GLSDB, являясь баллистической ракетой, использующей в качестве боевой части авиационную управляемую планирующую бомбу Tolun калибром 250 фунтов разработки Aselsan. Delta-V отвечала за создание ракетного ускорителя наземного старта. На испытаниях 18 февраля, как заявлено, боевая часть Tolun успешно поразила заданную цель. Дальность стрельбы GÖKTAN заявлена в 55 морских миль (100 км). Система наведения инерциально-спутниковая, но заявлено о разработке и инфракрасной головки самонаведения.
