Кстати, интерьер и экстерьер реставрировали в начале 1990-х и в 2009.

Примерно с 1930х здесь размещался штаб Partido Nacional, с перерывом на диктатуру с 1973 по 1986 (когда руководство партии было в вынужденной эмиграции и в тюрьмах).
