Уголовное дело об организации и руководстве совершения превышения должностных полномочий группой лиц завели на Артура Арутюняна, сообщает СК.
История тянется с сентября 2023-го, когда проводился аукцион по продаже муниципального комплекса нежилых помещений на Технологической. Победителем тогда стал «Асфальтобетонный завод», с которым городские власти заключили два договора купли-продажи на сумму боле 4,5 млн рублей. Покупатель своевременно оплатил комплекс, но в ноябре-декабре того же года, считает следствие, советник мэра распорядился уклониться от передачи объектов и расторгнуть договоры. Так и поступили:
«В декабре 2023 года, действуя под руководством советника главы города руководитель департамента городского хозяйства и исполняющий обязанности директора МП "МУК Красноярская", превышая свои должностные полномочия, подписали и направили в АО "АБЗ" уведомления о расторжении договоров купли-продажи недвижимого имущества. Впоследствии договоры были расторгнуты», — передает СК.
Решается вопрос об избрании Арутюняну меры пресечения.
