В краевом управлении МВД сообщили, что оперативно вышли на владелицу алабая и допросили ее. Выяснилось, что недавно собака повредила сустав в ноге во время прогулки, после чего хозяйка решила показать животное ветеринару. Из-за больного сустава алабай не мог запрыгнуть в багажник, а погрузить его туда самостоятельно женщина не смогла. Поэтому хозяйка «привязала животное поводком к машине и начала движение до дома своего внука на Затонской, чтобы он помог поместить собаку в автомобиль». Полицейские уточняют, что, проехав некоторое расстояние, женщина припарковала автомобиль и повела собаку пешком.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
