ЦОС ФСБ РФ сообщил в четверг, что против американского журналиста Ника Пейтона Уолша и украинских журналисток Олеси Боровик и Дианы Буцко возбуждено уголовное дело о незаконном пересечении госграницы России в Курской области.
Ранее по аналогичной статье возбуждено уголовное дело против итальянских журналисток Симони Трайни и Стефани Баттистини. Подчеркивается, что санкция данной статьи УК РФ предусматривает наказание в виде лишения свободы на срок до 5 лет.
