«Должны защитить здоровье наших детей от соблазнов, от этих вредных веществ, которые рекламируют, навязывают, продают», - заявил он.
Теперь штрафы за продажу детям табачных изделий будут такие:
🔹для физических лиц - до 300 тысяч рублей (ранее - до 60 тысяч рублей);
🔹для должностных лиц - до 700 тысяч рублей (ранее - до 300 тысяч рублей);
🔹для юридических лиц - до 2 миллионов рублей (ранее - до 600 тысяч рублей).

This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
