Она отметила, что в роликах они используют психологические методы: якобы «играют» и получают «пассивный доход», на деле просто имитируют выигрыш для завлечения аудитории.
Поэтому, считает Мизулина, нужны поправки на законодательном уровне. Сначала за подобную рекламу следует штрафовать, а «при повторном нарушении ответственность должна быть существенной, вплоть до уголовной».

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
