🟢Нутрициологи советуют вводить прикорм в первой половине дня. 🔵Новый продукт в первый день начинать с одной чайной ложечки. 🔵Второй день, если не было реакций, даём 2-3 ложки. 🔵На третий 5-6 ложечек. 🔵А на 4 день можно уже давать пробовать что-то новое. 🟢Введённые в рацион малыша продукты разрешено чередовать. #проприкорм #заметкиизжизни
