В Комитете по защите семьи рассказали что в очереди на квартиры для соцнайма сейчас 2 миллиона человек. А в 2024м году, получили такое жилье лишь 41 тысяча семей - то есть 2,5% от общего количества. Таким образом, даже с увеличением ввода жилых площадей, ждать в очереди приходится не меньше 20 лет.
