Вот и здесь в нетуристической Карелии продолжаю: нашли в городке единственный рыбный ларек и урвали форель холодного копчения (вполне себе нормальный белок на обед). Все остальное покупаем в пятерочке – и в ней есть, чем поживиться с тз правильного питания, пусть и не органик: та же зелень, овощи, крупы, тыквеные семечки и тд.
Вдруг, интересно, дайте 🔥 после 20 реакций сделаю обзор продуктов, которыми закупалась в местных магазинах и постараюсь позаписывать кружочки на заправках, если раздобуду там что-то съедобное и +- полезное.
