Тюменцы уже обращались во все возможные инстанции, однако там признавать, что снова произошла ошибка отказались. Как известно, проблемы сначала копятся, а потом снежным комом сваливаются прямо на головы местных чиновников, когда ситуацию на личный контроль берет губернатор.
