Верховный Суд России отклонил апелляцию со стороны Золоторевой, которая хотела опротестовать решение Высшей квалификационной коллегии судей от 26 мая, благодаря которому с женщины сняли неприкосновенность и позволили силовикам проводить следственные действия.
Заседание прошло в четверг, 17 августа, без участия фигурантки. Сейчас она содержится в СИЗО, куда ее ранее поместили на два месяца — до 17 сентября.
