В Челябинске после вмешательства прокуратуры произведен ремонт кровли многоквартирного дома

Прокуратура Калининского района г.Челябинска провела проверку по публикации СМИ «В Челябинске топит 12 квартир из-за прохудившейся крыши» о затоплении квартир дома № 60 Б по ул.Каслинская в г.Челябинске.
В ходе выездной проверки доводы о повреждении кровли нашли подтверждение. Установлено, что покрытие кровли демонтировано, своевременных мер по предотвращению протечек не принято, что привлекло к затоплению квартир.
Прокурором руководителю управляющей компании внесено представление об устранении нарушений закона.
👉После вмешательства прокуратуры управляющей организацией оперативно произведен ремонт кровли, решается вопрос об оценке ущерба, причиненного подтоплением квартир.
