Довольно часто я слышу фразу «я это проработала», а я ничего не проработала, я закапываю очень очень глубоко. И мне в какой-то степени даже интересно, а что будет если это «проработать», как изменится моя жизнь, разделится ли она на до и после, или же мне страшно что изменюсь я, а возможно просто страшно что подумает обо мне психолог. Главный вопрос готова ли я выйти из зоны комфорта.
Много мыслей по этому поводу. Думаю попробовать использовать упражнение «чудо одной страницы», чтобы разобраться. А у вас как обстоят дела с проработкой ? Ходите к психологам?

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into." The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
