Министр дорожного хозяйства и транспорта Челябинской области отправлен в СИЗО по делу о растрате в особо крупном размере

Постановлением Мещанского районного суда города Москвы удовлетворено ходатайство органов предварительного расследования об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Нечаева Алексея Сергеевича, обвиняемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 4 ст. 160 УК РФ, на срок 01 месяц 22 суток.

Суд отказал в удовлетворении ходатайства стороны защиты - адвокатов Нечаева А.С. об избрании иной, более мягкой меры пресечения, не связанной с заключением под стражу.

Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
