В этом случае многомиллионные бюджетные траты на пиар губернаторов всегда будут проходить через Москву, а самой работой по продвижению руководителей регионов будут не их пиарщики, а Центры управления регионом. "Не всем из губернаторов такие перемены нравятся, однако всех собираются поставить перед фактом", — отмечает источник в губернаторском корпусе.
