Первый зампред комитета Госдума по строительству и ЖКХ Владимир Кошелев отметил, что планируется доработать ко второму чтению поправку, где будет отражено требование об обязательном заключении договора с ГРО, а также урегулирован вопрос контроля за его соблюдением со стороны государственной жилищной инспекции (ГЖИ) и Ростехнадзора.
Также продолжается дискуссия о введении регулирования цен на техническое обслуживание и ремонт газового оборудования со стороны государства.
В случае принятия положительного решения правила расчёта должны быть установлены для всех видов объектов (МКД, таунхаусы, ИЖС) и всего оборудования (внутридомовое и внутриквартирное) без исключений.
