Его вывели из офиса в наручниках. Отметим, что «Бурятрегионавтодор» подконтролен правительству Бурятии. Учреждение выступает госзаказчиком строительства и содержания региональных дорог.

Сегодня также прошли обыски в Минтрансе Бурятии.

Задержание Соснина связано со строительством Третьего моста через Селенгу. В связи с недостатком финансирования Минтранс России принял решение о переносе сроков строительства на 2027 год. Общий объем выполненных работ по строительству Третьего моста составляет 44,8%. На сегодня за фактически выполненные работы подрядчику выплачено 3,9 млрд рублей.
