Израильское оборонное ведомство сообщило о поражении 800 объектов шиитской группировки на территории Ливана. Основными целями вновь стали пусковые установки реактивных снарядов. Глава минобороны Йоав Галант утверждает, что военным удалось уничтожить около 10000 ракет “Хезболлы”. Премьер-министр Израиля Биньямин Нетаньяху призвал жителей Ливана покинуть юг страны, чтобы не стать живым щитом шиитской группировки.

Минздрав Ливана заявил, что при ударах ВС Израиля погибли 274 мирных жителя, в т.ч. двадцать детей, более 1000 получили ранения.

“Хезболла” в ответ запустила более 200 реактивных снарядов и десятки БПЛА-камикадзе. Часть ракет и дронов перехватила система ПРО "Железный купол", другие попали в жилые дома и объекты ВС Израиля. Информации о пострадавших пока нет.

Пентагон сообщил об отправке дополнительных сил на Ближний Восток в связи с растущей угрозой полномасштабной войны в Ливане.
