The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Artem Kliuchnikov and his family fled Ukraine just days before the Russian invasion.
