Но давайте не будем забывать, что в расчет берутся средние показатели: если в нефтяной отрасли ХМАО зарплаты действительно высокие, то остальные жители живут не так богато.
Более того, многочисленные проблемы Югры никуда не делись: ситуация с ковидом по-прежнему сложная, медсистема все еще работает кое-как, а многочисленные проблемы в сфере ЖКХ никуда не делись.
Так что рейтинг рейтингом, а на деле все может быть не так и гладко.

There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. Artem Kliuchnikov and his family fled Ukraine just days before the Russian invasion. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy.
