🧡 Помощь, идущая от сердца

Очередная партия гуманитарной помощи из поселка Савинский отправилась в зону проведения специальной военной операции.

💫 Жители поселка делают невероятное, они собрали очередной гуманитарный груз: две огромные маскировочные сети, почти 50 браслетов выживания, 300 наборов сухого душа, 100 штук носовых платков, 20 пар шерстяных носков, более десятка патриотических сувениров, а также коробку средств личной гигиены.
В сборке приняли участие «серебряные» волонтеры, студенты и работники Плесецкого торгово-промышленного техникума, родители, ученики и педагоги МБОУ «Савинская школа» и Савинской специальной коррекционной общеобразовательной школы-интерната, а также штаб Оксовской библиотеки.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
