В декабре я обычно подвожу итоги года и строю планы на Новый год 🗓️

Единственный совет, который я хотела бы вам дать при постановке целей/планов/жизненных ценностях: ОПИРАТЬСЯ НА СВОЕ ЖЕЛАНИЕ (не навязанные обществом, слушать только себя )

Так же удобно использовать таблички из интернета, прописывать каждую схему, затем вновь и вновь возвращаться к ним: что-то добавить или убрать

Мне это очень помогает, всегда честно спрашиваю себя: а что Я действительно хочу? Сразу — порядок в голове, мыслях и на душе 🙏🏼
