Ожидается, что стоимость проекта превысит 6,5 миллиардов долларов, а экономическая отдача составит 44 миллиарда долларов за два десятилетия, в дополнение к улучшению структуры населения и человеческого капитала.
Соавтор стратегии Тигран Джрбашян рассказал о её деталях в интервью CivilNet. По его словам, ни у одной другой страны в регионе нет подобного профессионального и подробного стратегического плана.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
