AMSTEF расшифровывается как Advanced Machine-learning Solutions for Talent Engagement and Forecasting. Он использует методы машинного обучения. Основная цель — предоставить HR-департаментам инструменты для анализа данных сотрудников, автоматизации процессов принятия решений. Также платформа предлагает дашборды и рекомендации по удержанию талантов.
Для такой системы важно собирать массу исторических данных сотрудников (ML-алгоритмы) и анализ текущего поведения сотрудников.
Пока подобная технология до вас не дошла, важно организовать сбор и хранение всевозможной информации о сотрудниках в базах данных компании.
Приятно наблюдать, как проекты в университетах становятся прикладными и решают задачи бизнеса. Но над названием предлагаем Дарье еще подумать.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
