The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. "He has kind of an old-school cyber-libertarian world view where technology is there to set you free," Maréchal said.
