В сентябре прошлого года оформленная на Бородкина фирма «Южанин» в Симферополе вместе с частью коммерческой недвижимости на улице Кирова, 27 (по этому же адресу расположены владения Аксеновых) была продана (или передана) Виктории Олеговне Близновой - дочери бывшего полпреда в КФО (упразднен), а ныне СКФО Белавенцева.
