☝️ «Аэростар» занимает 2,2 га практически напротив «ВТБ Арены Парк». По моей информации, «Бэсткон» планирует построить на ее месте жилой комплекс. ТЭПов пока нет, и неясно будет ли девелопер приобретать еще и соседние участки. Потенциал же этой площадки - 90 000-110 000 кв.м.

Учитывая то, что «Бэсткон» никак не может закончить некоторые свои текущие проекты (например «Время» и «Большая семерка»), велика вероятность, что мы еще долго не увидим проект на месте этого отеля.
