#السؤال(627): يوجد في المناطق المحررة( إدلب) شباب من أتباع سعيد النورسي يقولون في جلساتهم الخاصة ترويجا لفكر الجماعة بأن هذه الرسائل لم يكتبها الشيخ سعيد بيده بل ألهمه الله تعالى إياها إلهاما، هل يجوز أن نمنعهم أو أن نخبر السلطات لمنعهم؟ #قلت: لا أعلم صحة هذا القول بأن الرسائل كانت إلهاما، ويردد هذا الكلام بعض الجهلة منهم، ولا يجوز للأتباع الترويج للفكر بهذه الطريقة، ولا أرى منعهم أو استعداء السلطات عليهم لأن هذا سيؤدي إلى نتائج عكسية؛ فأي فكرة تحاربها السلطة تنتشر، وفي التاريخ أمثلة كثيرة أذكر أشهرها: ابن عربي الطائي(ت638) ألف كتاب "فصوص الحكم" ، يتألف من 27 فصّا ، وكل فصّ يحمل اسم نبي من الأنبياء ، يرى صاحبه أنه تلقى الكتاب مباشرة من يد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم دون واسطة وأمره النبي بعرضه على الناس للانتفاع به ، فقال له: سمعا وطاعة، مع أن الكتاب منع في معظم عصور الإسلام وحرمت قراءته إلا أن شروحه بلغت أكثر من (110) باللغات العربية والفارسية والتركية، فالمنع لا يحل المشكلة، فكل ممنوع مرغوب كما تقول العامة. فالأولى أن نحاور هؤلاء برفق لنثبت بطلان تلك الدعوى العريضة، فالفكر يحارب بالفكر، والله أعلم. https://www.group-telegram.com/kr/fkhya.com

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
