Вчера прошло очередное заседание по существу в рамках которого гособвинитель озвучивала: протоколы обысков, протоколы изъятых предметов, осмотренные файлы с жестких дисков и изъятой техники, различные записи, листовки и агитацию у Неустроева, Затеева, Архиповой, Ксенжепольского, Рощупко, Акимовой, Васькина, Литвина и его родственников и Хорошенина.
Содержание записей последнего вызвало смех в зале и интерес судьи, об этом можно прочитать у очевидца процесса.
На следующем заседании будет рассматриваться вопрос о продлении меры пресечения.
