В ответе на запросы суда по делу Анны Александровой ГУ ФСИН и ГУ МВД по СПб и ЛО дружно не признали, что в декабре 2024 года и в январе 2025 года заключённые в СИЗО лишены сухих пайков при посадке в суды из-за нехватки финансирования. Они просто сослались на то,что все заключённые обеспечены горячим питанием,а сухпайки положены лишь тем, чье конвоирование в суд и обратно превышает 6 часов. Учитывать время в концентраторе, суде и конвойном помещении суда они не считают нужным. В отличие от здания суда царскосельское правосудие по этому поводу трещину не даст? #НетЦензуре #НетРепрессиям
