Доходный дом А. Ю. Кейбеля

Дом был возведен в 1901 году для известного ювелира Кейбеля. Вероятно, некоторым он известен под названием «дом с башней Рапунцель». Треть антикварного рынка наградных знаков на данный момент составляют работы семьи Кейбелей.

Данное здание является одним из самых известных проектов архитектора фон Голи и отражает его увлечение историзмом как стилем. Доказывает это, например, башня-эркер с остроконечной шатровой крышей, типичная черта готического стиля, благодаря которой здание и получило такое необычное сказочное прозвище.

На данный момент дом охраняется государством, ведь в 2001 году он был включен в список вновь выявленных объектов, представляющих культурную ценность.
