Шамин и Рыжков вместе с несколькими подельниками прибрели участок в Москве на Лосиноостровской, где были построены ЖК «Светлый мир "Сказочный лес"». Злоумышленники не планировали вводить объект в эксплуатацию, но заключили почти 2,5 тыс. договоров с дольщиками на 7,7 млрд рублей.
Деньги они вывели на счета за пределами РФ, часть потратили на покупку недвижимости и транспортных средств.
Вспоминается история Urban Group, когда гендиректор компании Андрей Пучков и владелец Александр Долгин уехалина Кипр и получил гражданство этой страны. Их субсидиарная ответственность составляет более 22 млрд рублей. А также «СУ 155», совокупная задолженность по обязательствам перед РФ которого превысила 23 млрд.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
