Во время ежегодного отчета о работе правительства Москвы перед МГД депутат-коммунист Зубрилин упрекнул мэра Москвы в снижении рождаемости. Собянин заметил, что демографическая яма появилась в именно в 90-е, «когда коммунисты развалили страну и наступил хаос».
«У вас во фракции КПРФ на троих двое детей. Вы могли бы внести свой вклад в улучшение демографической обстановки...», — добавил Собянин в ответ на обвинения Зубрилина.
