Однако, когда вагнеровцы приехали уже во второй раз, забирать заключённых, Рамиля не взяли. По словам источников «Базы», вагнеровцы сослались на то, что «народу уже и так много, ты пока не нужен». При этом другие заключённые, согласившиеся на участие в СВО, из колонии всё же уехали.
