Почему-то противопоставляют передозировку риторики в пользу повышения рождаемости и плохие цифры демографии. Не вполне понятно, где тут находят противоречие. Цель кампании за повышение рождаемости - это проведение самой кампании и прочая борьба с чайлдфри и теми, кто мешает нам жить. А KPI - понятие, навязанное нам извне
