Если генерал Соболев "отвечает", то, надо полагать, что к сентябрьским губернаторским и муниципальным выборам вопрос будет решён.
Вот и посмотрим, чего стоит его слово. Будем верить, что сдержит. Спасибо скажем, коль так всё и случится.
