Этими идеями он поделился во время выступления на открытии V Форума ученых государств-участников СНГ, который проходит 23-24 октября в Душанбе. По мнению Жумалиева, заседание Совета по сотрудничеству в области фундаментальной науки государств-участников СНГ, которое пройдет на Форуме, поможет воплотить подобные решения в жизнь.

False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts.
