По данным расследования, утром 17 декабря на Рязанском проспекте в Москве сработало взрывное устройство, установленное в самокате, стоявшем возле подъезда дома.
По информации агентства РИА Новости, мощность взрывчатого устройства составила около 200 граммов тротила.
