Источник в силовом ведомстве донского региона сообщает, что Кушнарев согласен с предъявленным обвинением, Мамелко нет. Решается вопрос о мере пресечения.
Известно, что обвиняемые знакомы и работают вместе давно: с 2017 по 2019 год Дмитрий Мамелко был заместителем главы администрации Ростова, которым в те годы являлся Виталий Кушнарев.
Заместителем министра транспорта Ростовской области Дмитрий Мамелко был назначен чуть более месяца назад. В его обязанности входил контроль за эффективным и целевым использованием финансовых средств, инициирование закупок для государственных нужд и рассмотрение обращений граждан.
