«Кворум есть!»,– в Государственной Думе началась продолжительная весенняя сессия.

С приветственным словом к депутатам обратился Председатель Государственной Думы Вячеслав Володин. Спикер парламента передал тёплые слова и пожелания от Президента России Владимира Путина, а также рассказал о вчерашней встрече.

Володин обозначил ключевые темы, которые находятся на контроле ГД, в числе которых «вопрос охраны здоровья детей от опасных веществ, вейпов, энергетиков, все то, что может нанести вред ребёнку».

Ранее, депутат Хамзаев в своём интервью заявил, что защита здоровья нации – это вопрос национальной безопасности и планирует активно продолжать работу.

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted.
