День начинается с осмотра дома. Сегодня была контрольная комиссия от МЖИ. Осматривали уничтоженную бесчисленными ремонтами дверь одного из подъездов, а также проверяли как измайловский Жилищник исправил нарушения на чердаке. Со слов инспектора сам Асхабов (руководитель ГБУ) гарантировал ему, что все-все нарушения устранили.
По итогу: на чердаке Жилищник умудрился не заметить в хлам разбитый короб вентшахты, который разобрали его же вентиляционщики, пробитую кровлю и отсутствующие мостки. Повреждения двери подъезда также подтвердились.
Было выписано очередное предписание о немедленном устранении нарушений.
