План-капкан такой: Пьём кефирчик, купаемся в ванной и добавляем в водичку старую-добрую ромашку, затем надеваем подгузник, чистую одежду и ложимся спать под папины сказки) Идеально! У меня режим, кстати, почти такой же 😂
