Маслова виновными в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.2 ст.281 УК РФ "Диверсия" и назначил наказание в виде лишения свободы на срок 14 и 12 лет соответственно с отбыванием первых 2 лет в тюрьме и последующего срока в колонии строгого режима.
Оба осужденных решили заработать легких денег (по 15 тысяч рублей) и устроить диверсию на железной дороге по заданию украинских спецслужб. Их вычислили и задержали сотрудники УФСБ России по Ярославской области (с профессиональным праздником их, кстати). В итоге горе-диверсанты обогатились жизненным опытом. И еще долгие годы будут обогащаться им на строгом режиме.
