По оценкам очевидцев, на Главную площадь в отдаленном микрорайоне Соломенное пришло от 200 до 500 человек. При этом работавшие на митинге представители МВД заявили о 100 протестующих. Акцию протеста организовали представители карельского отделения КПРФ.
