Рейтинг сформировало агентство "Эксперт РА". Исследование основывалось на 62-х показателях, разделённых на пять блоков: инфраструктурные, экономические, социальные, финансовые ресурсы и состояние окружающей среды.
За 9 месяцев 2021 года объём инвестиций составил 137 миллиардов рублей. На региональном уровне на сегодняшний день находятся на сопровождении более 700 инвестпроектов, совокупная стоимость которых превышает 2 триллиона рублей.
Хорошие темпы увеличения инвестиционной привлекательности несомненно положительно скажутся как на развитии разных сфер экономики, так и всего региона.
