Вопрос о корректировке местного бюджета на текущий год рассмотрела комиссия по социально-экономическому развитию, бюджету, финансовому регулированию и налоговой политике Совета депутатов г. Амурска.
💠Изменения связаны с получением дополнительного финансирования в виде межбюджетных трансферов и других безвозмездных поступлений. Общий их объем составил 195 млн. 235 тыс. рублей.
Из них 125 млн. 714 тыс. - это субсидия, выделенная Амурску на благоустройство 15 дворовых территорий в рамках дополнительно полученного Хабаровским краем финансирования по программе ремонта дальневосточных дворов.
💠Еще 3 млн. 212 тыс. руб. выделено из краевого бюджета на повышение оплаты труда отдельным категориям работников городских учреждений культуры.

Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
