26 ноября в Москве состоялось совместное заседание наших партийных советов: Совета по национальной политике и Совета по социальной политике на тему: "Национальный вопрос в системе образования, воспитания и соцподдержки».
Было много выступлений участников мероприятия и принципиальная дискуссия по теме, связанной с пребыванием мигрантов и их семей на территории России. Было обсуждение законопроектов, запрещающих брать в школы детей мигрантов, не знающих русского языка.
Сейчас мы готовим отчет о заседании, а пока фото ярко демонстрируют настрой и эмоции участников.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies.
