Деньги направят министерству здравоохранения, которое уже распределит их для медучреждений, контролируемых ведомством. На выделенные средства будет оказана скорая, первичная медико-санитарная, специализированная и высокотехнологичная помощь. Кроме того, беженцам будут проводить все необходимые профилактические прививки.
Контролировать исполнение поручения губернатора будет замгубернатора — министр здравоохранения Дмитрий Панычев. Минздрав же должен обеспечить контроль за целевым расходованием бюджетных средств.
